The BC Food Safety Stakeholders Group announces that the Kelowna “Promoting a Culture of Food Safety in BC” workshop originally scheduled for November 8th has been postponed until January 10, 2013 due to low registration.
This is the first attempt of the BCFSSG in holding events outside the BC Lower Mainland and it is important they be supported by attendance from all sectors of our food industry from farm to fork.
The Nanaimo workshop is scheduled for November 29th at the Inn on Long Lake. This workshop is of value for producers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, regulators, processors and other members of the food industry who are interested in promoting a culture of food safety in BC-from farm to fork.
